🇨🇳 CASBOT

About CASBOT

CASBOT is a Beijing-based humanoid robotics company developing rugged platforms for demanding operational environments including industrial facilities, mining operations, and emergency response scenarios. The company's name reflects its origins within or close to the Chinese Academy of Sciences ecosystem, one of China's most productive sources of robotics research and technology commercialisation.

CASBOT's focus on industrial, mining, and emergency-response environments differentiates it from humanoid competitors primarily targeting manufacturing assembly or logistics. These applications require robots that can operate in degraded, hazardous, and unpredictable environments where structural integrity, sensor reliability in dust and moisture, and the ability to navigate highly irregular terrain are as important as manipulation capability.

The company develops platforms capable of performing inspection, monitoring, and intervention tasks in environments where it is dangerous or impractical to deploy human workers. This positions CASBOT within the growing market for robotic solutions to occupational hazard reduction in heavy industry.

Key Products

• Industrial humanoid platform: full-size humanoid designed for factory, mining, and emergency-response environments with emphasis on ruggedness and operational reliability

UK Market Presence

CASBOT does not currently have UK commercial operations. UK companies in mining, offshore energy, and industrial inspection seeking rugged humanoid platforms would need to engage directly with CASBOT through its Chinese operations. Specialist industrial robotics importers may be able to facilitate UK deployment for pilot programmes.

Buying Used CASBOT Equipment

No secondhand market for CASBOT platforms exists in the UK. Any future used units from this manufacturer should be evaluated with particular attention to the IP and ingress protection ratings of all enclosures, the condition of structural components designed for rugged operation, and the current status of any hazardous-environment certifications that may have been associated with the original unit.
