About Pudu Robotics

Pudu Robotics was founded in 2016 in Shenzhen and has grown into one of the world's leading commercial service robot companies. The company specialises in autonomous delivery and service robots for hospitality, food and beverage, and retail environments. With over $150 million in funding and deployments across more than 60 countries, Pudu has achieved a scale that few service robot manufacturers have matched.

The company's growth has been built on reliable, practical robots that solve a specific problem: reducing staff burden on food and item delivery within commercial premises. Rather than chasing general-purpose capabilities, Pudu focused on a narrow use case and executed it well, building a reputation for uptime and ease of operation that has driven repeat purchasing and chain-wide rollouts.

Pudu continues to expand its product range into cleaning, retail assistance, and logistics, using its existing customer relationships in hospitality as a springboard. Their after-sales service network and cloud management platform are key competitive advantages in markets where operators have limited in-house technical capability.

Key Products

• BellaBot: Cat-themed multi-tray delivery robot for restaurants; one of the most widely deployed service robots globally.
• HolaBot: High-capacity tray delivery robot for larger restaurant and canteen environments.
• KettyBot: Combined delivery and advertisement display robot for hospitality and retail.
• FlashBot: Autonomous delivery robot for larger spaces including hotels and hospitals.

UK Market Presence

Pudu Robotics has a well-established UK presence through authorised distributors and direct sales activity. BellaBot and HolaBot units are deployed in restaurants, hotels, and care facilities across the UK. New units typically cost between £8,000 and £20,000 depending on model and configuration. UK operators benefit from localised support and cloud platform access.

Buying Used Pudu Robotics Equipment

A genuine secondhand market for Pudu robots exists in the UK, particularly for BellaBot and HolaBot units. Used examples trade between £2,500 and £7,000 depending on age, condition, and remaining warranty. Key checks include battery health, wheel and sensor condition, and active cloud subscription status. Software updates continue to be provided for current-generation models, but verify that your unit's firmware version is still supported before purchasing.
