£400 to £540 without the AMS multi-material unit; add £120 to £180 if AMS is included and functioning. The P1S retails at £749 new; a well-maintained used example at £460 saves £290 for the same core capability.
Different strengths. The P1S is significantly faster and better for engineering materials in its enclosed chamber. The Prusa MK4 is more user-serviceable, has a longer-established repair community, and holds its value slightly better. For mixed-material and speed-oriented printing, the P1S used is the stronger choice.
