The MiR250 Hook is an autonomous mobile robot from Mobile Industrial Robots (MiR, a Teradyne company), built on the MiR250 base platform and equipped with an automatic hook mechanism for towing carts and trolleys with a towing capacity of up to 250 kg. It operates at up to 1.5 m/s in towing configuration and uses two SICK nanoScan3 safety laser scanners providing 360-degree protection. Compliant with ISO 3691-4, ISO 13849-1, ISO 13850, and ISO 12100. IP21 rated for indoor use. Widely deployed in UK manufacturing and hospital environments for materials handling, sterile goods transport, and trolley logistics. Pairs with standard MiR-compatible carts and trolleys.
