The MiR600 is a heavy-payload autonomous mobile robot from Mobile Industrial Robots (MiR, a Teradyne company) designed for pallet and heavy load transport up to 600 kg at up to 2.0 m/s. At 1350 x 910 x 322 mm with a 240 kg self-weight, it is MiR's mid-range pallet AMR. Navigation uses two SICK microScan3 safety laser scanners for 360-degree protection, two 3D cameras, and eight proximity sensors. IP52-rated for improved dust and fluid resistance. Compliant with ISO 3691-4, ISO 13849-1, ISO 13850, and ISO 12100, with 13 TUV Rheinland-certified safety functions. Battery runtime is up to 11 hours unloaded (8 hours 30 minutes at full payload) using a lithium-ion pack. Widely deployed across UK and European manufacturing facilities for pallet transport between production cells and storage areas.
