The TurtleBot 3 Waffle is the larger open-platform variant of the TurtleBot 3 family, using a Raspberry Pi 3 compute board and Intel RealSense R200 depth camera. Now superseded by the TurtleBot 3 Waffle Pi (with Raspberry Pi camera), the base Waffle variant was popular in US university ROS programmes from 2017 to 2022.
