Overview

The Savioke Relay (now operated under Relay Robotics) is one of the most established hotel delivery robots in the world, with deployments in over 100 hotel properties across North America and Asia. Relay's closed delivery compartment with a lockable lid distinguishes it from open-tray competitors, providing a degree of security and hygiene for the items being transported. The robot calls the guest's room using the hotel phone system to announce its arrival and waits patiently at the door until the compartment is opened and closed, then returns independently to its home base.
